Prawns with crunchy vegetables and balsamic vinegar's vinagrette
Salad with apples, red chicory and "ricotta" (fresh cheese) with aromatic herbs

Big Ravioli filled with buffalo's milk mozzarella and spinach, served with aubergines and basil sauce
Spaghetti with saffron, courgettes, fresh tomatoes and peas
Potato dumplings with smoked ham and artichokes
Cold Gazpacho with tomatoes and aromatic herbs

Salmon bites au gratin with swiss chard with anchovies
Beefsteak with rock salt and rosemary, served with rocket, parmesan and baked potatoes
Rabbit fillet with orange and lemon, served with snow peas with Trentino's parmesan
Aubergines medallions with smoked "provola" (kneaded-paste cheese) and almonds

Pizza: margherita (tomato & mozzarella), or with vegetables, tuna, ham, speck
